Dutchess Community College with a main campus in Poughkeepsie and satellite location in Wappingers Falls, has earned a reputation for offering quality and affordability. The college, which has the lowest tuition in the state, awards associate degrees and certificates in more than 60 programs. DCC will open its first on-campus residence hall for the fall 2012 semester.

Rockland Community College offers a quality education in a safe, supportive environment. Ideally situated just 25 miles northwest of New York City in the scenic Hudson Valley, RCC offers 52 associate’s degree and one-year certificate programs. Small classes, taught by experienced faculty, help ensure student success. Most students transfer to four-year colleges. Graduates of RCC’s nationally recognized Honors Program transfer to Ivy League and other outstanding colleges.

Empire State College is a leader in providing alternative higher educational experiences for adult learners. Students work one-to-one with mentors, study online, engage in residencies and study groups, or blend these ways of learning. With 36 locations across the state of New York, the college offers a flexible, affordable opportunity to earn a highly respected degree from the State University of New York.

Sullivan County Community College - recognizing the fact that students attend SUNY Sullivan for different reasons...earning an associate's degree and entering the workforce, transferring to earn a bachelor's or earning a certificate of professional achievement...the college has been responding to students' needs for 50 years. Ulster County Community College offers over 50 degree programs, preparing students to succeed in a wide variety of careers in well-established and emerging industries. SUNY Orange from its founding in 1950, Orange County Community College has earned its reputation as a pioneer and innovator in meeting the needs of its students and the area it serves. The caring and supportive faculty and staff at SUNY Orange are at the center of a true community of learners, seekers, and leaders. The College operates campuses in Middletown and Newburgh.

Westchester Community College is more than just the county’s largest educational institution. It is a living, breathing part of the county, going well beyond the influence of a typical college. For instance, the institution has greatly affected the local economy by educating students for the workforce and providing training for existing workers.
