This title is in the unclassified service and in the SUNY Professional Services Negotiating Unit.
Produces and directs educational television programs; translates the needs of the faculty into effective audio-visual productions; consults with the faculty to determine the exact production requirements; writes scripts; assists in developing project budgets; directs the operating crews in rehearsals and performance; specifies graphics, sound, sequence, lighting and action; may teach production classes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in media communication, performing arts, or a related field. A Master's degree preferred, and/or satisfactory experience in commercial television production.
