Student Union Assistant (SL1)

This title is in the unclassified service and in the SUNY Professional Services Negotiating Unit.
The entry level position in this series is responsible for a portion of the student union and does related work as required. Incumbent performs professional tasks under the direction of a senior member of the staff. Typical duties include, but are not limited to; assist in the preparation of budget and personnel matters relating to the student union; assist in the preparation of written material distributed by the student union. Incumbent is learning the professional tasks required and becoming familiar with the student union administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree.
