Dean of Residence Complex (MP)

This title is in the unclassified service and is designated Managerial/Confidential. Appointees to Managerial/Confidential titles serve at the pleasure of the chief administrative officer and are not represented for collective negotiations. Appointees to this title may also possess concurrent faculty rank.

As a family, the housing and residential life series administers and manages all facets of on-campus student housing, including operation of the housing complex and coordination of academic, cultural, and social programs for resident students.

DEAN OF RESIDENCE COMPLEX directs a residence complex comprised of student living and learning areas, dining and other facilities. Coordinates the learning experience program including the development of academic and student personnel programs; exercises sound academic judgement in the development of the "community of scholars" atmosphere within the residential college setting; generally responsible for housing operations within the residential college.

Preferred Qualifications:

Doctorate and credentials equivalent to those required for appointment to the rank of Associate Professor.
