As a family, the psychological counseling series provides students with a comprehensive campus counseling service including psychotherapy, personal counseling, educational and vocational counseling, and testing services.
Serves on the campus' counseling center staff. Performs professional tasks under the direct supervision of the Senior Counselor, Assistant, or Director of Counseling Services. Incumbent may be assigned to a specific area within counseling such as vocational counseling, educational counseling; may be required to participate in training of residential life and other staff; may assist Counselor or Senior Counselor in the presenting of workshops to promote interpersonal and academic skills. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, or other related field. A Master's degree in progress is desirable.
