This title is in the unclassified service and in the SUNY Professional Services Negotiating Unit.
As a family the positions in this group are involved in providing treatment to restore a patient's abilities to the highest normal functioning level possible.
Administers and scores standardized aptitude and work sample tests to disabled clients or patients; maintains records and prepares written reports of client performance; participates in staffing of clients and other regular staff meetings (rounds); participates in educational programs on Master's level; provides instruction to medical staff, students, residents and fellows. Participates in departmental in-service program.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Vocational Education, Counseling or related field required.
