The State University of New York Office of Federal Relations, a component of the Office of University Relations, is responsible for representing the interests of the University System and its 64 SUNY
campuses before Congress and the federal government, and coordinates SUNY's response to federal legislation, fiscal matters, and policies of interest to SUNY.  This office also works closely with scientific organizations, national associations and other higher education institutions to promote the nationwide goals and priorities of public colleges and universities.
