Instructions:

Access the Application Booklet to apply for the Thayer Fellowship in the Arts/Patricia Kerr Ross Award.  Follow the instructions on page 2.  This is NOT an online application. 
You need to print out and complete the necessary forms, attach the information requested and include your work examples.
