• Please Note -- Application Fee Waiver Requests - Acceptable fee waiver request forms include a SUNY Application Fee Waiver Request, the College Board or ACT fee waiver request form, or other standardized request forms such as the NACAC form. All fee waiver requests for freshman applicants must be signed by a school counselor. Transfer requests must be signed by an official familiar with the student's financial circumstances and/or submitted with a proof of income. As of August, 2008, SUNY is no longer able to accept a letter from a high school or other official as a request for an application fee waiver.
