The purpose of this organization shall be:

1. To promote the interchange of ideas and experiences among members of the association.
2. To seek solution to common problems.
3. To initiate, promote, and advocate at all levels of government and education, measures and changes for the improvement of the public community colleges and their educational programs.

Membership

The President or Acting President of any public community college of the State of New York is eligible for membership in the Association.
