Individual room cancellations are accepted up to five days 
prior to arrival, after this date, a penalty in the amount of 1/2 
the package total will be posted to the credit card on file. In 
case of an advance deposit check, after the cut-off date, 
refunds are not honored. Rooms that �no show� on the first 
day of reservation will result in cancellation of all 
subsequent room nights blocked and the individual will be 
charged for half of the package total or forfeit all advance 
deposits that are being held to secure their reservation.
