Audit Request

If a Campus or System Administration would like an audit during the current or future fiscal year, a letter should be sent to the University Auditor explaining the type of audit that is needed. The letter should include a description of the problem, contact person, telephone number, type of audit and degree of urgency. The University Auditor will review the request and contact the Campus/System Administration official regarding response to the request.
