State Relations Update - July 29, 2010

Extraordinary Session - Both the Senate and Assembly "gaveled in" on Wednesday evening as required pursuant to the Governor's proclamation, but that's about all that occurred.  The same procedures took place on this morning with the same results.  The Senate is expected to return on Tuesday, August 3rd.  The Assembly will return "at the call of the Speaker".  Leader's meeting continue on all issues including PHEEIA.
