Veto 321 - Ithaca Linked Senior Living Community

Authorizes the Commissioner of Health to establish a college linked senior living community to study the effectiveness of a new type of senior living community that relies on community partnerships with educational institutions, intergenerational programming, specialized student and faculty/staff training programs, and shared resources to offer more cost-effective long-term care services in a stimulating residential environment for older adults.
