Chapter 136 - Public Assistance Work Activities

Extends for two years, until June 30, 2008, those provisions which allow college enrolled public assistance recipients to participate in work-study and internship positions and have those hours count toward the recipient's work activity requirements and also extends provisions which ensure that reasonable efforts to assign work activities do not conflict with the student's academic schedule.
