Dear New York Organization,

Though we have not finished the appropriations process for Fiscal Year 2009, it is now time to 
think about the FY10 cycle.  As in prior years, Representative Maloney has asked me to contact 
you to remind you of our requirements for project submissions and to inform you of our 
deadline: Friday, February 13, 2009.  If you have any questions/concerns, I encourage you to 
contact me in advance of that date in order to avoid late or last-minute submissions: 
orly.isaacson@mail.house.gov.

Attached you will find two appropriations request forms: Non-Defense and Defense.  Please 
complete and e-mail back to me (not a pdf) the appropriate completed form.   Remember to keep 
descriptions short as there is a character limit for the online form I must submit.  At this time, I 
only need the Maloney Office appropriations form but could ask for additional information if the 
Committee has new requirements.  

As you know, Representative Maloney works very hard on behalf of the organizations she 
represents but with another tight year, funding for projects will be limited.  Thank you for your 
interest and the Congresswoman looks forward to working with you.
