Non-Salaried Officials
There are a number of boards, commissions, advisory councils, etc., established by law, consisting of members who serve without salary, or who receive only a nominal fee. They are generally referred to as non-salaried officials. They are entitled to the reimbursement of actual and reasonable expenses incurred in performing their official duties. They are entitled to the following fixed per diem method or reimbursement at the MC rates as outlined in the appropriate sections of this manual. Rates may not be combined for the same trip.
Fixed Per Diem Amount
- Lodging up to $75 per night. Receipts are required
- Meals - no receipts are required
- Breakfast $4
- Lunch $6
- Dinner $15
