Adirondack Community CollegeAdirondack Community College is located in upstate New York between Saratoga Springs and Lake George. Abundant in natural resources, the area is surrounded by numerous ski centers, rivers, lakes and the high peaks region of the Adirondack Mountains. The area is also home to cultural sites such as the renowned Hyde Art Collection, Charles R. Wood Theater and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. The College offers 27 programs leading to AS, AA, and AAS degrees and eight programs leading to one-year certificates. Programs include business, computer science, food service, early childhood studies, and hospitality and tourism management to name a few. For students who wish to pursue their first two years of study at ACC before transferring to a four-year college or university, we offer quality courses and curricula that will easily transfer to many public and private institutions. To optimize transfer opportunities for students, ACC offers articulation agreements with over 30 colleges and universities. In addition to our academic programs, ACC offers students a wealth of opportunities to participate in cultural, social and sporting events throughout the year. Intercollegiate athletics, international travel, student government, extracurricular clubs, art, music and theatrical productions are among the many activities that help to provide a complete student life experience. The College also provides students opportunities to pursue four-year degrees on the ACC campus through the College's partnerships with four-year institutions such as SUNY Plattsburgh and Empire State College.
