Community colleges have been in the forefront of efforts to meet the accelerating pace of technological developments and the requirements of continuing educational opportunity for all. Every New York State high school graduate is guaranteed admission to his or her local community college. Full-time enrollment at community colleges range from 700 to over 10,000.
