Subject:	Official Notice of Special Finance and Administration Committee Meeting - October 7, 2011 

Please be advised that a special meeting of the Finance and Administration Committee meeting will be held on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 9:00 a.m at the State University of New York College of Optometry, 12th Floor, 33 West 42nd Street, New York City with video conferencing available from the locations listed below for the purposes of preliminary discussion of State University’s 2012-13 operating budget proposal.

Members of the Board of Trustees who are not members of the Finance and Administration Committee also are invited to attend at any of the available locations. 

This will be a public session of the Board Committee.  The meeting will be webcast and the news media will be invited to attend.
