Subject:	Notice of Special Board Meeting – Monday, May 16, 2011


	Please be advised that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held at 5:30 p.m. in Room N102, at SUNY Plaza, 353 Broadway, Albany, NY, for the purpose of considering personnel matters and receiving legal advice.  Trustees who may not be able to attend in person or by video will be provided with teleconference dial-in instructions upon request.  

	It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board will call for a motion to convene an executive session of the Board, under section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law.  This meeting will be for information only, unless action is deemed appropriate and a motion is made and approved by at least nine Board members to waive the usual notice of Board meetings.
