Please be advised that the September meetings of the State University Board of Trustees will be held on Monday, September 19 and Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at the State University Plaza, Albany, New York.  Meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, September 19, 2011 on the following schedule.

Monday, September 19, 2011

9:30 a.m.	Academic Medical Centers/Hospitals Committee

9:30 a.m.	Communications and External Affairs Committee

11:00 a.m.	Meeting of the Board of Trustees

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board and Committee Chairs will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law.

1:00 p.m.	Finance & Administration Committee

2:00 p.m.	Audit Committee

3:00 p.m. 	Ad Hoc Committee on RF Relationship
