An agenda for the meeting, together with related materials, can be found at www.suny.edu/Board_of_Trustees/meetingnotices.cfm. IN ORDER TO REGISTER TO SPEAK AT THE PUBLIC COMMENT OPPORTUNITY: 1. To register to speak, please e-mail the Board of Trustees at trustees@suny.edu or write to Board of Trustees, State University Plaza, T-11, Albany, New York 12246. Please register by noon on Friday, September 28, 2012. In your e-mail or letter, please include the subject of your comments and provide a telephone number, as well as an e-mail and address, so that we can confirm that you have a reserved place on the agenda. Comments will be limited to five minutes per speaker. 2. If time permits, persons who are not registered in advance but who wish to make brief comments (no more than three minutes) on the day of the public comment opportunity should arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of the public comment time (that is, by 11:30 a.m.) and should give their name to the Public Comment Registration Officer. If time permits, such persons will be called upon in the order in which they register with the Public Comment Registration Officer. 3. Note: public access may be limited, based on the capacity of the available room, and individuals may be requested to take turns entering, speaking, observing, and leaving the room. 4.
