       Please be advised that a Special Finance and Administration Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at the State University of New York, College of Optometry, 18th Floor, Alumni Commons, 33 West 42nd Street, New York, New York with video conferencing available from the locations below.  
       
       Members of the Board of Trustees who are not members of the Finance and Administration Committee are also invited to attend at any of the available locations.
