Please be advised that the May meetings of the State University Board of Trustees will be held on Monday, May 9 and Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Hudson Valley Community College, Troy, New York.  Meetings will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, 
May 9, 2011 on the following schedule.

Monday, May 9, 2011

10:30 a.m.	Academic Medical Centers/Hospitals Committee

10:30 a.m.	Communications and External Affairs Committee

12:30 p.m.	Finance and Administration Committee

3:00 p.m.	Research and Economic Development Committee

3:00 p.m.	Education, College Readiness and Success Committee

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board and Committee Chairs will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law.
