Please be advised that the May meetings of the State University Board of Trustees will be held on Wednesday, May 9 and Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the State University Plaza, 353 Broadway, Albany, New York.  Meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 on the following schedule.

10:00 a.m.  	Meeting of the Board of Trustees    

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law and other provisions of applicable law.
