Re:		Notice of Finance Committee Briefing on Monday, March 14
        at 11 a.m.

       Please be advised that Committee Chairman H. Carl McCall has asked that the Finance Committee hold a briefing session to update members on the State University budget and related matters on Monday, March 14, 2011 at 11 a.m.  Senior Vice Chancellor Monica Rimai will present the informal briefing.
       
       The briefing will take place at The State University of New York, SUNY Plaza, Albany, New York and at the State University of New York College of Optometry, 12th Floor, 33 West 42nd Street, New York City, with the two locations linked by video conferencing.
       
       Members of the Board of Trustees who are not members of the Finance Committee also are invited to attend at either location.
       
       This will be a public session of the Board Committee.  The meeting will be webcast.
       
       Please RSVP to barbara.kilcullen@suny.edu by Friday, March 11 to let us know whether you will take part.
