Please be advised that the June meetings of the State University Board of Trustees will be held on Monday, June 11 and Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at the State University Plaza, 353 Broadway, Albany, New York.  Meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 11, 2012 on the following schedule.  


Monday, June 11, 2012

9:30 a.m. 		Academic Affairs Committee 

9:30 a.m.		Audit Committee 

11:30 a.m. 	Meeting of the Board of Trustees – Executive Session
	
 	It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law and other provisions of applicable law.


1:00 p.m.		Finance & Administration Committee  

3:00 p.m.  		Academic Medical Centers and Hospitals Committee

8:30 a.m.		Ad Hoc Committee on Personnel and Salary Plan Review    

8:30 a.m.		Education, College Readiness & Success Committee 

9:30 a.m.  	Meeting of the Board of Trustees – Executive Session
