Please be advised that the January meetings of the State University Board of Trustees will be held on Tuesday, January 15 and Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the State University Plaza, 353 Broadway, Albany, New York.  Meetings will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 on the following schedule.

8:30 – 9:30 a.m.	ACT Breakfast 
			Location:  The Egg – Hart Lounge
			Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 

10:00 – 11:00 a.m.	Chancellor’s State of the University 
			Location:  The Egg – Swyer Theatre
			Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 

11:00 a.m.		Academic Medical Centers/Hospitals Committee

2:15 p.m.		Board of Trustees Open Formal Meeting
       Topic:  Six Big Ideas and 9 Getting down to Business

4:00 p.m. 		Meeting of the Board of Trustees

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law and other provisions of applicable law.
