Please be advised that the January meetings of the State University Board of Trustees will be held on Tuesday, January 24 and Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the State University of New York College of Optometry, 33 West 42nd Street, New York, New York.  Meetings will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 on the following schedule.

10:00 a.m.	Meeting of the Board of Trustees

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board and Committee Chairs will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law.
