      A meeting of the Board of Trustees’ Executive Committee will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 for the purpose of a review of the Strategic Plan.

		It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law.
