Please be advised that the December meetings of the State University Board of Trustees will be held on Tuesday, December 4 and Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the State University Plaza, 353 Broadway, Albany, New York.  Meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2012.

8:30 a.m.		Public Hearing 

8:30 a.m. 	 	Ad Hoc Committee on Personnel and Salary Plan Review 

9:30 a.m.   		Academic Affairs Committee  

11:30 a.m.  		Academic Medical Centers & Hospitals Committee 

1:30 p.m.  		Finance & Administration Committee   

3:30 p.m.	   	Education, College Readiness & Success Committee  

5:00 – 6:00 p.m. 	Meeting of the Board of Trustees – Executive Session 

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law and other provisions of applicable law.
