Please be advised that a special meeting of the Audit Committee will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at SUNY College of Optometry with video conferencing available from the locations listed below.

Members of the Board of Trustees who are not members of the Audit Committee also are invited to attend at any of the available locations.

This will be a public session of the Board Committee.  The meeting will be webcast and the news media will be invited to attend.
