Subject:	Official Notice of Academic Medical Centers and Hospitals Committee Meeting – Thursday, November 17, 2011 

Please be advised that a special meeting of the Academic Medical Centers and Hospitals Committee will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 10:00 a.m at Upstate Medical University, Weiskotten Hall, Room 1164, Syracuse, NY  with video conferencing available from the location listed below for the purposes of receiving advice of counsel.       

Members of the Board of Trustees who are not members of the Academic Medical Centers and Hospitals Committee also are invited to attend at any of the available locations. 

This will be a public session of the Board Committee.  The meeting will be webcast and the news media will be invited to attend.
