	Please be advised that a meeting of the Board of Trustees’ Ad Hoc Committee on Research Foundation Relationship will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 beginning at 2:00 p.m.at the College of Optometry, 12th Floor Board Room, 33 West 42nd Street, New York, New York with video connection to the following location.

		It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law.
