Subject:	Naming of Louise M. Conley Chair in Educational Leadership � State University of New York at Cortland 


	I recommend that the Board of Trustees adopt the following resolution:

	Resolved that the creation and naming of the Louise M. Conley Chair in Educational Leadership be, and hereby is, approved.

Background

	In recognition of the generous $1 million gift commitment from 
Dr. Louise M. Conley, a member of the Cortland College Foundation Board of Directors and long standing supporter of the College, the resolution approves the creation and naming of the Louise M. Conley Chair in Educational Leadership.
