Subject: 	Approval of Community College Capital Project 
	 Budgets � Hard Dollar

	I recommend that the Board of Trustees adopt the following resolutions:
    
		ERIE COMMUNITY COLLEGE

	Resolved that the capital budget for Erie Community College, State�s share in the amount of $166,123 of the total capital cost of $332,246 for the Exterior Masonry Restoration Project, being in accordance with Chapter 53 of the Laws of 2009, be, and hereby is, approved.

	FULTON-MONTGOMERY COMMUNITY COLLEGE

	Resolved that the capital budget for Fulton-Montgomery Community College, State�s share in the amount of $155,000 of the total capital cost of $310,000 for the Management Information System Project, being in accordance with Chapter 53 of the Laws of 2009, be, and hereby is, approved.

       NASSAU COMMUNITY COLLEGE

	Resolved that the capital budget for Nassau Community College, State�s share in the amount of $1,126,916 of the total capital cost of $2,253,832 for the Integrated Student & Financial System Project, being in accordance with Chapter 53 of the Laws of 2009, be, and hereby is, approved.

	
Background

	The resolutions authorize the State�s one-half share of the capital costs of the community college projects described in the resolutions.  The State�s one-half share will be funded by State hard-dollar appropriations, and not by the proceeds of bonds issued by the Dormitory Authority of the State of 
New York.

	Projects may be substitutions for projects previously approved by the Board of Trustees and are authorized pursuant to Chapter 53 of the Laws of 2009 which appropriates funds for the State�s share of the cost of all projects.  A resolution by each local sponsor which authorizes the local share of project costs has been received for each project.
